Kiran Gaikwad

Kiran leads the ETRM practice for Rayo Consulting LLC. He has over 20 years of experience which include delivering effective IT solutions primarily for energy/commodity trading & risk management. He has implemented ETRM products provided by multiple vendors.

He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi and an MS from the University of Central Florida.

Kristian Pedersen

Kris is the VP for Business Development. He is a veteran in the oil industry, having performed varied roles in USA, Africa, Asia and Middle East. He is a geologist by profession who started off working on 3D geostatistical models and evolved to managing projects with a value upward of 100 Million USD.

At Spark he is responsible for driving high levels of sustainable business growth globally.
